A client of mine was absolutely petrified to go abroad on vacation with a group of strangers for a 10 day European tour. She just got back, had the time of her life, even went off and did things on her own. She is beaming and so happy.
Sometimes you have to go outside your comfort zone to reap the rewards life has to offer.
